Ghostly Goings On In Oystermouth Castle!
Oystermouth Castle has long been the home of a mysterious ghost, known as the White Lady, who is said to have been held captive in the castle. Visitors to the grounds often hear the eerie sound of rattling chains, though sightings of the White Lady are rare – usually only when the full moon shines brightly. Recently, it has been discovered that on certain days, a combination padlock mysteriously appears in one of the rooms. No one has been able to figure out the combination, but you might just be able to solve the puzzle!
Follow the trail around Mumbles, solve the clues, and you could uncover the combination that will release the White Lady from her haunting captivity. But beware – there are ghosts and ghouls lurking, and they might try to stop you from discovering the key to this mystery!
The Great Ghost Hunt in Mumbles
Get ready for an exciting, self-guided adventure around the historic seaside town of Mumbles. As you explore the picturesque streets and coastlines, you’ll uncover clues hidden in Oystermouth Castle and around the charming town. The mission is simple: crack the code and free the White Lady, but watch out for otherworldly interruptions!
This Trail is a circular route, but with some steep hills and unmade paths, so make sure you’re prepared for a bit of a challenge. The castle is closed during winter, but if you feel a chill in the air, you might just be in the presence of the White Lady herself!
