In years gone by, REEL had occupied an observation post just off the coast of Hartlepool. Locally known as Elephant Rock, this base mysteriously vanished one night, leaving behind nothing but whispers and rumours. But now, on your first day in town, you intercept a message from REEL that suggests they are planning to build a new observation post, codenamed Monkey Mount. The message also includes a series of clues that point to the coordinates of their planned location. Can you help crack this code and thwart their evil scheme?
