What to do in Cambridge - The Cambridge Jesus Green Treasure Trail

Please Note: As much as we love people exploring on our Trails, now is not the right time. We want to help the NHS and protect all of you, so have decided to remove the facility for any Trail sales to be made on our website. As soon as social restrictions are relaxed, we'll make the Trails available again. If you would like to be informed as soon as this is, please drop us a note on the contact page.

Need a bit of retail therapy, or want to get a gift? You can still buy gift vouchers for future use.

The Cambridge Jesus Green Treasure Trail starts at:

Castle Street

Please Note:

This Trail is part of a set that covers Cambridge. You can see which area each Trail covers by clicking this link and downloading the Trail territory PDF.

Unfortunately, the route is not marked as friendly for wheelchair users and pushchairs due to unavoidable steps, narrow pathways and areas of rough terrain.

Bring your four-legged friends along! Please note that it is a busy city centre so dogs will need to be kept on leads for most of the route.

The closest long stay pay and display car park to the Trail start point is at Castle Hill, just a two minute walk away. Or why not try Cambridge’s fantastic Park and Ride service?

There are some fantastic events in Cambridge’s calendar, all of which are great times to visit this beautiful city. However, you may find that some of the Clues on this Trail may become obstructed or difficult to access on these occasions. If you would like further information about event dates, please contact Cambridge Tourist Information.

There are public toilets available towards the middle of the Trail, near Clues 07 and 14. The route passes several pubs and a snack shop along the way. Pack a picnic to enjoy at Jesus Green after Clue 07.

Why not make a day of it and take a tour of one of Cambridge’s beautiful Colleges, or have a go at one of the other Trails in our Cambridge collection!
