Solve the Christmas Puzzle - Part Two

Because you managed to solve all of their puzzles, the reindeers have given Santa a map of the island where the sleigh landed. Unfortunately, they still haven’t told him exactly where the sleigh is, and it's a big island! It seems the map hides one final puzzle! It has a scribbled note on the back which reads:

Verse 3, Line 1, Word 4, Letter 1/ Word count ‘with’

This must be a clue to the grid reference on the map. When questioned further, the reindeers simply smile and sing their favourite Christmas song. Perhaps applying the scribbled note to the lyrics of their song will somehow reveal the grid reference letter and number that Santa needs to retrieve the sleigh!

Here's what the reindeer keep singing - let's hope you can figure it out!

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Had a very shiny nose
And if you ever saw it
You would even say it glows

All of the other reindeer
Used to laugh and call him names
They never let poor Rudolph
Join in any reindeer games

Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say
"Rudolph, with your nose so bright
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"

Then how the reindeer loved him
As they shouted out with glee
"Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
You'll go down in history"
