Here at Treasure Trails, we're super excited to be partnering with Micro Scooters for the ultimate scooting adventures. But who are Micro? We're here to introduce them and their awesome business to you...

Micro Scooters UK was founded in 2006 by two mums, Anna Gibson and Philippa Gogarty, after they discovered how much easier it was to get from A to B with their young children using tough, lightweight scooters instead of buggies.

Thanks to their durability, performance and safety, as well as their fun designs, Micro Scooters have won more awards than any other scooter brand and have become the UK’s market leader

Born out of a mission to create a cleaner, greener way to get around, Micro has proudly launched a new range of eco-scooters – made using discarded fishing nets.

They're also part of '1% for the Planet', where 1% of sales from the entire eco range are donated to environmental non-profit organisations that are in the '1% for the Planet' network.

Micro has designed and engineered every scooter to last for multiple generations of scooting adventures. Central to this is the unique suite of replaceable parts, which means every scooter can be repaired, revamped and given a new life instead of ending up in landfill.

Micro Scooters are B Corp certified and believe in making everyday journeys better - better for today’s families and better for our planet. Micro was founded as a cleaner, greener, healthier way to get around, with their purpose rooted in enabling positive change.

Challenging the status quo and setting high standards are core to Micro's DNA, so setting the target of becoming a certified B Corp was a natural goal. It doesn’t change the fundamental reason they exist, but it'll challenge them to go further and focus on the areas that really count. And it'll bring Micro together with other like-minded businesses to strive for broader change. Only a select number of businesses become B Corps, and Micro Scooters is proud to be one of them.
