Deciding that he'd like his old job back, the ghost of Richard Whittington awoke to cause mischief. Dick imposed a ghostly curse on the doors of the old City Hall, locking them to prevent the Mayor of London from leaving and moving to the new City Hall in Royal Docks. The Mayor managed to escape before the curse befell the building, but many council members are still imprisoned inside. Dick is desperate to keep The London Assembly in the old building, he is scared that he will miss the fun of peeking in on the goings-on in the life of a modern Mayor of London. We need you, our TOP agents to solve the Clues scattered around the area and crack the code to lift the curse. Be warned; Dick will be watching your progress every step of the way and will try every trick in the book to thwart your mission, so stay alert!
