Over 200 years ago, the infamous pirate Captain Rummy Drinker dropped anchor at Plymouth Hoe after a successful day of plundering gin from ships. But in his drunken state, he ran aground on Drakes Island and lost the map to his hidden treasure trove. Now, it's up to YOU to follow the clues and uncover the location of the buried treasure!
Treasure Hunt Through Plymouth's Waterfront
Are you ready for an exciting self-guided Treasure Hunt through Plymouth's Barbican? As you follow the Trail, you'll solve sneaky clues set on existing buildings, permanent features, and monuments to discover the location of the lost treasure. The Trail starts at Plymouth Pavilions and takes you along the Plymouth Waterfront Walkway, ending at the National Marine Aquarium.
With stunning views of Plymouth Sound and its surrounding areas, this Trail will take you on an adventure through the city's best and most beautiful spots.
