When Queen Victoria made her first public appearance following Prince Albert's death to unveil his statue in Queen's Square, the world-renowned locksmiths of the area made a combination padlock with a twelve element key. They presented the padlock to the Queen, and she used it to lock up her strongbox, containing her diaries, letters and small trinkets close to her heart. After her death, the strongbox was returned to Wolverhampton, but the code was lost. Local historians are keen to access the contents for an upcoming exhibition, but only eight letters have ever been worked out. According to our intel, the locksmiths scattered Clues to the code across the city. We need help from TOP agents (YOU!) to retrieve them and discover the missing code elements ASAP. We don't want these royal diaries ending up in the wrong hands…
