A trail of clues awaits in
Winslow
Over three hundred years ago, sheep trader Euan Ramm sold most of his flock at market. After celebrating his good fortune at the local pubs, he was ambushed by a gang of thieves on his way home. When he woke up the next morning, he found that his purse had been stolen. Recently, a map has been discovered that is believed to lead to the location where the thieves hid Euan's purse and other stolen valuables. We need your help to follow the clues scattered around Winslow and uncover the location of the thieves' cache. But beware, word has gotten out about the map and treasure, so you'll need to be extra careful to avoid getting hijacked along the way. Good luck!

Please Note:
Winslow, once an ancient royal manor, is now a small market town. It lies between Aylesbury and Buckingham. In 782 it was given by Charter to St Albans Abbey by Offa the King of Mercia. Documents concerning this Charter were discovered in 1993 in the National Library in Brussels.
This route shows you some of the older parts of the town. If you have time you may like to include a visit to Keach's Chapel. It is free and keys are obtainable during normal working hours Monday - Saturday from Wilkinson Estate Agents in Market Square.
There are cafes, restaurants, pubs and other eating establishments along the way.
Toilets are located at the start of the Trail.
