We've got a mission for you in

Long ago, a famous local brewery mistakenly created a strange blend that turned anyone it touched into a fluffy white rabbit! Wanting to keep everyone safe, they sewed the recipe into the lining of a Stockport hat and locked it away in the local air-raid shelter protected by a secret code. But evil genius Bowlerfelt has discovered the code and, with his band of agents The Mad Hatters, is threatening to unleash the potion on the town. It's a hare-raising prospect that's a real head-scratcher for HQ, so they need YOU, our best super spies, to pull the rabbit out of the hat, crack the code and get there first. Clues scattered around Stockport will reveal the secret code, so hop to it and save everyone from their fur-filled fate!

Locked away in a local air-raid shelter, sewn into the lining of a Stockport hat, is a recipe for a strange brew - a blend that turns anyone it touches into a fluffy white rabbit! Hidden away for safety, its existence has been discovered by evil genius Bowlerfelt and his agents, The Mad Hatters. They've threatened to break into the shelter and unleash the strange potion on the town. Can you follow the clues and crack the code to move the hat to safety? Navigating The Route
This is a circular spy mission through Stockport’s historic town centre, with agents following pavements, precincts, bridges and hidden brows as they track down vital intel.
There are several steps, steep hills and changes in level along the route, so be prepared for a more energetic mission. Due to this terrain, the Trail is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Take care on slopes and steps, and stay alert when moving through busier streets and crossings.
Getting There
Time to deploy your agents and begin the operation:
St Mary’s Parish Church, Churchgate (SK1 1YG) - Your official mission start point.
Churchgate Car Park (SK1 1YA) - The closest parking option, just a short distance from the start.
Need the Loo?
Even elite agents need a quick comfort break!
Public toilets can be found in the shopping precinct (after Clue 10), right in the middle of your mission. There are also plenty of cafés and shops along the route for a quick refuel while staying undercover.
Bring Your Furry Sidekicks
Four-legged agents are welcome to join your mission. There are plenty of town paths to explore, but keep leads handy near roads, steps and busier shopping areas.
Safe Zones & Refuelling
There are several handy safe zones along the route where agents can pause and regroup:
Between Clues 05–10 (shops and cafés in the precinct)
Between Clues 12–13 (more refreshments along the route)
Around the market square after Clue 17
All perfect spots to refuel before continuing the mission.
