Rumours have been swirling for years about a lost treasure hidden somewhere in the serene waters of Sandbanks. Local tycoon and avid treasure hunter, Ivor Fortune, has been on the hunt for this elusive fortune, but has yet to uncover its whereabouts. However, a recent discovery has given him hope - a message in a bottle containing a worn map and a set of clues. Now, he's enlisting the help of the Exploration Society to find the treasure once and for all. Will YOU join the search and help uncover the golden hoard?
Treasure Hunt Through Sandbanks Promenade and Pier
Grab your family and friends and embark on a fun-filled, self-guided treasure hunt through the beautiful town of Sandbanks. As you follow the route, keep your eyes peeled for sneaky clues hidden on existing buildings, permanent features, and monuments. Use your wit and cunning to decipher the clues and uncover the location of the buried treasure.
This one-way cycling trail starts at Bournemouth Pier and takes you along the stunning promenade of one of the world's best beaches, ending at the Sandbanks Hotel. Along the way, you'll have the chance to take in the breathtaking views and learn about the town's rich history. Just be aware that cycling is not permitted on the promenade during the day in July and August.
