Top secret!
We've got a mission for you in
Rudyard Lake
Lord Ivor Grumble of Spite Hall considers the view of Rudyard Lake to be his alone; visitors would just ruin it! But this time, his grumbles have gone too far. As a self-proclaimed scientist, he has planted devices at every single gate to the lake that will turn tourists into ants the moment they cross the boundary. Luckily, our undercover agent, Agent Ann Onimus, has scattered clues to the deactivation code around the area. Can YOU, our top agent, solve the clues, crack the code, and renew access to Rudyard Lake for everyone who wants to visit?
Spy Mission Through Rudyard Lake - Lakeside & Hillside
Are you looking for something to do with family and friends or seeking a fun day out with the kids in Rudyard Lake? Then why not embark on this self-guided spy mission themed Treasure Trail. As you follow the Trail route, can you solve the sneaky clues set on existing buildings, permanent features, and monuments to crack the code and complete the mission just like a true secret agent?
For an optional part of your route, hop on the narrow gauge railway that begins and ends at the station, exploring the beautiful landscape and setting of this 2.5-mile-long lake. Or, for a more challenging adventure, take the optional walk through the steeply wooded hillside above the lake, described as England's most romantic spot.
Everything you've uncovered has led to this...
Use the intelligence you've gathered, crack the final challenge and bring the mission to a successful close.
