The Lost Treasure of Pirate Pete Nevrow - Can YOU Find the Spanish Gold?
For centuries, the coastal town of Portrush has been known as a popular fishing village and seaside resort. But what many don't know is that over 350 years ago, it was the site of a legendary battle between rival pirate crews. The infamous pirate ship 'Golden Princess' was carrying chests of stolen Spanish gold when it ran aground off the coast. As the crew fled, one survivor, Pirate Pete Nevrow, was captured by the local militia, but he never revealed the location of his hidden hoard. Now, the Exploration Society of Portrush is calling on YOU to help find the lost treasure!
Treasure Hunt Through the Seaside Resort of Portrush
Get ready for an exciting self-guided Treasure Hunt that will take you on a journey through the winding streets, along the seafront, and past the top attractions of Portrush. Keep your eyes peeled for hidden treasure and rival explorers as you follow the cleverly crafted clues scattered throughout the town.
Start your adventure at the Harbour Amusement Park, where the Golden Princess is said to have first appeared. From there, you'll make your way through Barry's Amusements, the Portrush Heritage Trail, and the Portrush Coastal Path, all while searching for the ill-gotten gains of Pirate Pete Nevrow.
