Middleham Treasure Trail starts at:

Market Place

Middleham

North Yorkshire

DL8 4NP

England

We have three super duper themed Clubs for your child to enjoy as part of their Treasure Trail experience.

Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.

Before you set off on your awesome adventure to explore Middleham, there are a few things you need to know...

The route isn’t friendly for wheelchair users and pushchairs due to terrain (cobbles, etc.) and stretches without pavements.

Bring your four-legged friends along! This Trail is along a dog-friendly route.

The closest parking to the Trail start point is at Market Place (DL8 4NP), with on-street parking available near Key Centre (DL8 4RA) if market Place is busy.

There are some fantastic events in Middleham’s calendar, all of which are great times to visit this beautiful town. However, you may find that some of the clues on this Trail become obstructed or difficult to access on these occasions. Please check for events before setting off on your adventure.

There are public toilets available towards the beginning and before Clue 13 – you’ll need to bring change to use them. There’s a snack shop and refreshment stops in the town centre after Clue 02.

Looking for more things to do in Middleham? Make a day of it and take a peek inside Middleham Castle or head a couple of miles out of town for more curious adventures at Forbidden Corner.
