The picturesque village of Lacock has been the unsuspecting base for the enemy spy ring known as L.A.P.S.E. Their covert operations have gone unnoticed for years, but now, their true intentions are coming to light. But what are they developing surveillance images of, and who are they working for? To keep their secrets safe, they have removed all overhead cables and aerials from the village, making it difficult for anyone to uncover their plans. In a desperate attempt to gather intel, we sent rookie undercover agent Lex Posure to infiltrate the enemy's base. But now, he has gone dark, and we fear his mission has been compromised. We need YOU to help extract him from the dangerous landscape before it's too late.

Lacock is signed from the A350. The car park is free for National Trust members or costs £4. There is parking for disabled badge holders at The Red Lion (SN15 2LQ). Toilets are signposted.

This Trail is marked as dog-friendly but there is one clue set in a cemetery where a member of your team will have to wait at the gates with your spy pooch.

Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.
