Legend has it that Catherine of Aragon, the former Queen, created the first milk chocolate recipe, but her husband, Henry VIII, only liked dark chocolate. Enraged by his refusal to indulge in her creation, Catherine was banished to Kimbolton Castle, where she secretly recorded the recipe.
