The notorious villain, Dr. Figg, has once again risen from the shadows with a new sinister scheme. This time, he plans to destroy the natural habitat of Goss Moor and replace it with industrial property. To achieve his goal, he has planted a series of devices across the reserve that will strip the ground of all plant life. This could have disastrous consequences for the local community and wildlife, not to mention the damage Dr. Figg could cause with his newfound wealth. We need YOUR help, top agents, to stop his evil plan and save Goss Moor!

Spy Mission Through Goss Moor National Nature Reserve

Are you looking for a fun and exciting day out with family and friends? Look no further than Goss Moor National Nature Reserve! Embark on an immersive spy mission themed Treasure Trail that will take you on a cycling adventure through the reserve. As you follow the trail, you must solve sneaky clues hidden on existing buildings, permanent features, and monuments to reveal the secret code and deactivate Dr. Figg's device of destruction.

Starting at the Screech Owl Sanctuary, this circular cycling trail will take you on a journey through the industrial and natural heritage of the Goss Moor National Nature Reserve. Don't forget to take in the beautiful rural scenery of this unique area!

Please Note:

Unfortunately, this Trail has not been marked as wheelchair friendly due to narrow pathways uneven surfaces encountered throughout.

Due to the rural location, toilets or refreshments are NOT encountered along the route of this Trail. Why not takle a picnic to enjoy as you solve the Clues?

Wild ponies or cows may well be encountered along the off-road sections of the Trail, so please keep dogs under control at all times.

The Trail, although marked as a cycling Trail, can be walked as well, though please adjust the Trail duration accordingly and satisfy yourself that you have plenty of time to complete if starting later in the day!

Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.
