A trail of clues awaits in
Eype
Mrs Pickle, a resident of Eype, is in a jam! Her late husband, Ernest Pickle, was an avid treasure hunter and before he passed away, he hid all his wealth in a secret location. He left a map and a series of clues in his will for his wife to find the treasure. However, Mrs Pickle is not as skilled in treasure hunting as her husband was, and she has been unable to solve the clues.
With very little money left and a mountain of bills to pay, Mrs Pickle has called upon the experts at the Exploration Society for help. They need their top adventurers (that's YOU!) to travel around Highlands End and Eype Village to track down the treasure before someone else finds it.
Treasure Hunt Through Eype - Coast Path & Beach
Looking for a fun day out with family and friends? Why not explore Eype Village on this exciting self-guided treasure hunt themed Treasure Trail? As you follow the trail route, you'll solve sneaky clues set on existing buildings, permanent features, and monuments to discover the location of the buried treasure.
The circular trail starts at Highlands End Holiday Park, where you can park for free with a Trail. The route includes a church, the charming village of Eype, and a secluded beach. After exploring the beach, you'll head uphill along the South West Coast Path back into the holiday park, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink at the end of the trail.
