What is a Treasure Trail?

Before You Set Off

Please Note:

This Trail is set along footpaths and pavements but with some sections on fairly steep gradients, cobbled streets and steps which will be difficult for wheelchair users. Otherwise it's an easy walking route.

There are toilets at the start and about half way round. It starts and finishes at the castle which is open to visitors, but with different opening times throughout the year it will be worth checking their website. https://cadw.gov.wales/daysout/chepstow-castle/?lang=en

There is a small playground that the Trail passes towards the end which also has picnic tables.
