He was carrying a fortune in gold, freshly collected from the nearby villages, and all of it was lost. The outlaws were caught, but never revealed the truth of where they'd stashed this golden hoard. The treasure trove may have spent hundreds of years hidden away, but it's not gone forever! During recent restoration work on a local church, an ancient map was found with strange markings on it. Experts at the Exploration Society believe the map reveals the gang of thieves' favourite stash spots.
