Navigating The Route
This is a circular Detective Mystery through Ashford’s town centre, historic streets and Memorial Gardens, with sleuths following pavements and paths as they gather evidence to unmask The Brandit.
The investigation mainly follows level pavements and paths, with some clues located on flat grassy areas, making it generally suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Important: You will be moving through busy town centre areas and crossing several roads, so detectives should use pedestrian crossings where available, stay alert to traffic and keep younger team members under close supervision at all times.
Getting There
By car: Start near Ashford College, corner of Station Road and Elwick Road (TN23 1NN). Nearest car parks include Dover Place (TN23 1HU) and Elwick Road Car Park (TN23 1AX - enter and turn right before Car Park F).
By public transport: Ashford International Station is just a short walk from the starting point, making this an easy case to reach by rail.
