The largest snowman ever built was a true giant - standing over 37 metres tall and weighing nearly 6,000 tonnes! Created in Bethel, Maine, in 2008, it was named Olympia Snowe after a local senator. With buttons made from tyres and eyelashes from skis, it was a towering clue to the fact that not all treasures are hidden!
