The Mysterious Disappearance of the Golden Cap Smuggler
Legend has it that the notorious smuggler, The Colonel, met his untimely end when he fell overboard and sank to the depths of Davy Jones Locker. But rumours persist that he had actually hidden his ill-gotten gains in a secret cavern at Golden Cap before his demise. Now, sinister spies from the SEA (Sinister Espionage Agency) have discovered the hoard and plan to use it for their nefarious schemes. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to crack the clues scattered around the area and deactivate their device before it's too late.
Spy Mission Through the Dorset Coast's Highest Point
Join us for an immersive self-guided Spy Mission themed Treasure Trail through Bridport. As you follow the Trail, you'll need to use your sleuthing skills to solve the sneaky clues set on existing buildings, permanent features, and monuments. But be warned, the enemy operatives are always one step ahead.
The Trail starts and finishes at the base of Golden Cap, the highest point along the Dorset coast. Take a moment to enjoy the secluded beach or stop for a drink at one of the great pubs in Chideock along the way.
