This Trail is wheelchair accessible and pushchair accessible. The route follows level pavements but includes some steep hills, so wheelchair and buggy users will get a good workout.

Bring Your Furry Sidekicks
Four-legged Detectives are welcome to join the investigation 🐾
The route includes level pavements, some steep hills, busy traffic, tricky road crossings and the approach towards the Great Orme area, so keep canine companions close and under control, especially near roads and busier sections.
Food & Drink Stops
There are plenty of opportunities for refreshments or snacks along the main street around Clues 04/05, so your team should have chances to refuel early in the investigation.
If you prefer to pack your own provisions, the prom and Happy Valley are both lovely picnic spots. Happy Valley also has great picnic spots with wonderful views, making it a cracking place to pause before pressing on with the case.
Want to Make a Day of It?
Llandudno Pier
If you fancy a breather, visit the Victorian pier. At 2,295 feet long, Llandudno Pier is the longest in Wales and is Grade II listed. The original pier was built in 1858, replaced by the present one completed in 1878, with the section in front of the Grand Hotel added as an extension in 1884.
Happy Valley
The route heads uphill from the Grand Hotel to Happy Valley, a grand place for Detectives to catch their breath. You'll find gardens, toilets and great picnic spots with wonderful views - ideal for a pause once the evidence trail has led you up from the seafront.
Great Orme Tramway
The Great Orme Tramway opened on 31st July 1902 and has run to the top of the Orme ever since. It is Britain's only remaining cable-operated street tramway and one of only three surviving in the world, making it a memorable extra for investigators who like their clues with a side of engineering history.
Mostyn Street
Mostyn Street is a lovely shopping street, with grand buildings and wide open streets shaped by the Mostyn family's influence and their architect's designs. Once you are not busy scrutinising every detail for evidence, it is well worth slowing down and enjoying the townscape.
Llandudno Museum
If you have time, check out Llandudno Museum as an extra stop during your day in town. It is a handy option for Detectives who want to keep digging into Llandudno once the outdoor casework has wrapped up.
