Amateur circus entertainer, Imessa Round, has been found with her head buried deep in an enormous foam-topped pie in a Clerkenwell cafe. Police are puzzled by her undoing, but witnesses report seeing a suspect dressed in funny clothes with a large red wig, leaving the crime scene carrying a pair of oversized shoes. After trying to make a quick getaway by car (the wheels and doors just fell off), they then shuffled off looking a little sad, leaving a trail of silly clues behind them.
