This Trail is dog-friendly, but be aware that the mid-section of the route explores through the town and so will require your furry friends to be on leads.

This Trail is not wheelchair accessible due to unavoidable steps along the way.

If you need a loo break, then public toilets at can be found 'This Way 08' opposite the Hertford Theatre. You can also find toilets at Hartham Common (This Way 13).

For information on events that may disrupt the Trail, please see here: Hertford Events.
