As you follow the route, keep an eye out for sneaky clues hidden on existing buildings, permanent features, and monuments. You'll pass by the Roman Barracks, Roman Legion Museum, and Fortress Baths before returning to the Amphitheatre via the River Usk.

Please Note:
The Trail is fairly flat and suitable for pushchairs as long as you can cope with some uneven ground, gravel paths and grassed areas.
This Trail is not recommended for wheelchairs. The walking distance is no more than 1.5 miles and will take up to 1.5 hours to complete. However, combined with visits to the two free museums en route it could take a lot longer.
There are refreshments in the High Street and toilets close to the start.
