Things to do in Caerleon with the kids - Treasure Trail

Please Note: As much as we love people exploring on our Trails, now is not the right time. We want to help the NHS and protect all of you, so have decided to remove the facility for any Trail sales to be made on our website. As soon as social restrictions are relaxed, we'll make the Trails available again. If you would like to be informed as soon as this is, please drop us a note on the contact page.

Need a bit of retail therapy, or want to get a gift? You can still buy gift vouchers for future use.

The Caerleon Roman Town Treasure Hunt Trail starts at:

Broadway
Caerleon
Newport
NP18 1AY
Wales

Please Note:

The Trail is fairly flat and suitable for pushchairs as long as you can cope with some uneven ground, gravel paths and grassed areas.

This Trail is not recommended for wheelchairs. The walking distance is no more than 1.5 miles and will take up to 1.5 hours to complete. However, combined with visits to the two free museums en route it could take a lot longer.

There are refreshments in the High Street and toilets close to the start.
