Subscriptions

1. Subscription Details:

  • The purchase of a Treasure Trails Digital or Printed Annual Subscription entails the recipient's consent to receive a £9.99 or £11.99 voucher code via email on the first day of each month, commencing December 1st, 2023, for a duration of 12 months.
  • The initial payment constitutes a one-time transaction with no automatic renewal or additional billing cycles.


2. Treasure Hunt Delivery:

  • £9.99 voucher codes (Digital Subscription) are redeemable against any 'digital' Trail available on-site at the time of code issuance.
  • £11.99 voucher codes (Printed Subscription) are redeemable against any 'printed' Trail available on-site at the time of code issuance.
  • Should an £11.99 code be applied to the purchase of a digital Trail, the residual £2 will not be transferable.
  • In the event of a £9.99 code being utilized for a Printed Trail, an additional payment of £2 will be requisite.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Subscriptions are cancellable at any time, resulting in the cessation of future voucher code dispatches for the remaining 12-month period.
  • Upon placement of an order, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days shall be initiated, during which the customer retains the right to effect a cancellation and is entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests should be communicated via email to enquiries@treasuretrails.co.uk, accompanied by the order number and the explicit intention to cancel.


4. Modification of Terms:

  • Treasure Trails reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions. In the event of modifications, pertinent details will be communicated to the customer via email.


5. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for the timely redemption of voucher codes, each of which possesses a 60-day expiry. In the event of code expiration, Treasure Trails reserves the right to withhold reissuance.


6. Limitations of Liability:

  • In instances where unforeseen circumstances prevent Treasure Trails from providing voucher codes on the first of the month, communication will be promptly disseminated, outlining remedial actions.
