Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Gift Vouchers are purchased for a monetary value which is reflective of a particular Trail type delivery (at the time of Gift Voucher purchase). These are current £9.99 for a downloadable Trail (‘Printed by You (PDF Download)’, £11.48 for a printed and posted Trail (‘Printed by Us’), and £14.48 for a personalised, printed and posted Trail (‘Personalised by You’).

• The purchaser of the Gift Voucher will also be paying a premium if they order the ‘Bundle Option’. This covers additional costs of printing and posting for the voucher card and additional items.

• There is no time restriction on redeeming your Gift Voucher, but if the price of a Trail increases since your Gift Voucher is bought then you will need to make up the difference in order to complete your transaction.

• Your Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

• Gift Vouchers can only be used once. If the value of your basket is less than the value of your Gift Voucher, then 100% of the Gift Voucher value will still be used – there will not be credit left on your Gift Voucher for another occasion.

• If your Gift Voucher value is less than the value of your basket (this includes postage costs) then you will need to make up the difference to complete the order.

• All our usual terms and conditions and policies apply to Gift Vouchers. These terms and conditions will also apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift Vouchers available at www.treasuretrails.co.uk/ terms-and-conditions

• Gift Vouchers ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.

• If you order the physical bundle then you will also be sent this in the post within 2-3 working days.

• Our Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on our www.treasuretrails.co.uk website for the purchase of a Treasure Trail only.

• A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate.

• Where Products purchased online with a Gift Voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher.

• We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
