We have three super duper themed Clubs for your child to enjoy as part of their Treasure Trail experience.

Perfect for 4-8 year olds, the concept behind the Clubs is that your child will get a bundle of goodies to excite them about their forthcoming Trail experience, something to keep them entertained whilst travelling to and from the Trail, and something to be given on completion of the Trail as a keepsake.

Please Note:

Warter and the Central Wolds is a charming Trail taking in four of the attractive villages in the area. You will begin in the village of Warter before continuing on to the delights of Nunburnholme, Millington and Huggate. These pretty little villages, located in the Central Wolds, will each offer you an enchanting insight into the appeal of rural living.

The villages themselves offer a host of handsome churches, historic war memorials, enthralling nature walks and the close knit communities who extend a warm and welcoming hand to visitors, generating a friendly atmosphere.

With so many things to see and do you will no doubt be in need of some quality food and liquid refreshments before, during and after the Trail! Never fear, quaint Millington offers travellers a unique and olde worlde dining experience at its licensed restaurant and tea rooms. Good old fashioned pub grub can be found in the local pub. Fabulous food and drink can also be enjoyed in Huggate, the highest village in the Wolds and the last stop on your Trail.

The Warter and the Central Wolds Spy Trail is a driving and walking Trail. It will also appeal to keen cyclists. The driving or cycling route is approximately 15 miles long and involves four walks, about 1 mile in total. If driving and walking the Trail will last around 2 hours.

The walking part of the Trail is set mostly on flat terrain so normal walking shoes will suffice. Regrettably the Trail has not been deemed suitable for wheelchair users, due to uneven terrain and a number of steps. Those with pushchairs may be able to manage if assistance is available
