Eccentric and controversial local artist, Minnie Van Gogh, has placed a device and a large quantity of pink paint in a hot air balloon, threatening to launch it over the village centre. What could be the reason behind this bizarre plan?

Luckily, the Broadway Investigation Agency (BIA) has discovered that Minnie has left clues scattered around the village. As a member of the BIA, it's up to YOU to help solve this mystery before it's too late. But be careful-Minnie has enlisted the help of foreign agents (FRAGS) who will do anything to stop you.
