Warwick
Historic Warwick was founded on the banks of the River Avon in 914 AD by Ethelfleda, daughter of Alfred the Great. She built a fortified dwelling that was to become the early origins of what is today one of the most amazing castles in the world.
Warwick Castle itself was built in 1068 by William The Conqueror and since 1978 has become a world famous tourist attraction. The town itself is steeped in history with some of the most beautiful Tudor cottages to be seen along the way as you solve this Murder Mystery. Let us take you back in time through these historic streets as you eliminate suspects and weapons along the way.
The Trail will take you approximately 2 hours and is about 2 miles long. It is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchair users and you will find plenty of cafes and bars along the way to stop and enjoy a bite to eat or drink if you so wish. The trail starts and finishes at St Nicholas Park so if you would like to make a day of it why not bring along a picnic to enjoy before or after your Trail?
Have great fun completing this Murder Mystery Trail and be sure to sleep well once you have finished as the story and events surrounding this Trail are completely fictitious!
