The Vita-Mix Victory Challenge took place in Falmouth on Tuesday 17th July. 8 staff took part in an 'Apprentice' style race to be the first to find a golden medallion hidden in St Mawes.
To get a head start in the race, the teams first competed in a series of challenges and tasks in Falmouth. Each task and challenge was worth an amount of time which was used as an advantage in the final challenge which was the race to find the treasure.
Challenges and Tasks included:
Solving a murder mystery.
Completing a shopping list from hell.
Busking for charity.
Creating a piece of beach art.
The Vita-Mix teams were absolutely brilliant and threw themselves whole-heartedly into the day. Not only did they raise £50 for a local charity but they also had great fun, and learnt a lot about themselves and their team mates.
"Thank you so much for such an enjoyable and interactive day. It really did help us all realise just what team work is, and how much fun it could be. Your imagination and hard work has helped us achieve something we can all be proud of!!"
Tina, Vita-Mix.
