The Treasure Trail Competition Rules

1. This competition is open to all purchasers of a Treasure Trail.

2. Employees of Treasure Trails and any company associated with the competition, and their families, are not eligible to enter the competition.

3. Entry is only permitted by submission of an answer with the unique reference number found on the Trail or your receipt number if purchased online.

4. Only one entry per unique payment reference code is permitted.

5. A winner will be drawn from all correct entries receieved for every Location in a Region.  Trail Location winners will receive 3 free Trails of their choice, to be sent by e-mail.  For every Trail sold, 25 pence is added to a Regional prize fund. The Regional winner is drawn at random from all Trail Location winners and will receive all the money in the regional pot.

6. The closing date is midnight on 31st December for each year. The draw is made on 2nd January each year.

7. Treasure Trails does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

8. Winners are formally notified within 21 days of the closing date by post or e-mail.

9. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Treasure Trails is not liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.

11. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.

12. Treasure Trails reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

13. Use of false name or address, i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known, will result in disqualification from receiving any prize.

14. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.

17. Treasure Trails may at any time issue specific rules to be read in conjunction with these rules.

18. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
