Eastbourne
Eastbourne is one of the most visited and sought after filming locations in the south east of England. It is placed by the South Downs National Park with spectacular white cliffs and beautiful landscapes and is one of the sunniest seaside resorts in the UK. The Trail takes you around the southern side of this seaside town. You will discover the spacious and majestic sea front with its breathtaking views and traditional British seaside sites. On the Trail you will see the Wish Tower, a lovely church, and beautifully kept gardens including the famous Carpet Gardens that were taken over for onion production during the second world war. You will encounter Eastbourne’s theatre land and pass close by the famous lawn tennis centre.
We recommend suitable footwear for a one and half hour walk. The Trail is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
