Medieval Knight, Sir Rantalot Loudly on his return from the crusades would gladly tell anybody who would listen about the treasures, brought back with him. Snivel, his long suffering serf, was always charged with hiding the treasures, and created a map showing their location. Unfortunately, one day , neither of them returned from abroad, and until recently, the map was lost. Can you solve the clues and reveal where the fortune is buried?
Guildford Town & Riverside Walk
This Trail is about a mile and a half long and you should allow one and a half to two hours to complete it. It guides you on a walk through the charming streets of Guildford and alongside the river Wey using pavements and footpaths. The halfway and finish points are beside the river where there are several nice picnic spots.
Recommended parking is at the Millmead House Car Park GU2 4AH. There are also several good park and ride services available.
Unfortunately, due to a number of steps, this Trail is not suitable for wheelchair users.
