Incompetent electrician Seymour Sparks is working on a device to replace the electric street lighting in Godalming by absorbing any darkness in the direction it is pointed. Unfortunately he has accidentally set the device at ‘VAPOURIZE GODALMING’ and forgotten where he has hidden clues to remind him of the code to adjust the setting back to ‘GENTLY SUCK DARKNESS’. Can you solve the clues to decipher the code and save the town?
Godalming
Godalming is situated in some of the finest countryside in southern England and lies alongside the River Wey. It is midway between London and the south coast and both are within easy reach by public and private transport. It contains narrow attractive streets, lined with many ancient and historic timber framed buildings that give the town a timeless charm.
This Trail guides you around the town centre and alongside the river passing many sights and historic buildings on the way.
This Trail is about a mile and a half long and you should allow between one and a half to two and a half hours to complete.
Regrettably this Trail is not suitable for wheelchairs.
