  • YOUR CASE

It's approaching Derby Day and champion jockey Stewart St. Quirey has been found dead under suspicious circumstances. Inspector Eve Ningall is in charge of the investigation and would like your help to follow the trail of clues that will reveal who had it in for Stewart.

    Epsom

Situated on the edge of the rolling Surrey Hills yet just a stone's throw from the facilities of London, Epsom often features highly in lists of the best places to live in the UK. Famously host to the Epsom Derby Stakes, Britain's richest horse race, Epsom’s long association with racing stretches back to the 17th Century when a spring on the Common was discovered to be rich in mineral salts. This led to the town becoming popular as a spa resort giving rise to the now famous Epsom Salts, and horse-racing began as a way to entertain the visitors in the afternoons.

This Murder Mystery Trail is just over two miles long and will guide you around the historic town of Epsom. It starts and finishes at the very heart of Epsom and you should allow about two hours to complete it. It is paved underfoot at all times and follows a level route, making it suitable for pushchairs and wheelchair users. Recommended parking is at NCP Epsom High Street KT19 8EU or at The Ashley Centre KT18 5AL.
