Working with Destination Staffordshire, Treasure Trails has produced a booklet containing FIVE fantastic driving Trails that showcase highlights of this amazing county. As you travel, you will also discover opportunities galore for other great days out; there is so much variety on offer, for all ages and tastes.
Every Trail in the booklet is unique, and each of them gives you an entry into a great competition and the chance to win a cash prize! Complete all five and you will have five chances of winning. They are different from our normal Trails and each can easily occupy a whole day, so pack a picnic and set off to explore Staffordshire. Visit the Peak District National Park, beautiful lakes, delightful villages and towns that are world famous for their special products. See the Staffordshire Hoard and discover the importance of the Saxon kingdom of Mercia, or the importance to the Industrial Revolution of the county's canal network.
The booklet contains all five Trails and costs just £9.99. It can be purchased directly from Treasure Trails Staffordshire; either email staffordshire@treasuretrails.co.uk or call 07521 411101 with your order. There are several new Treasure Trails being developed in the County, but it would be wonderful if you could suggest where YOU would like to see one written. We cannot promise that all of your ideas will see the light of day or can be devloped into a full Trail such as a Treasure Hunt, but we will do our best. There is always someone, somewhere, that comes up with a great idea that we have not thought of, so email your suggestions and we will try and fit them into our Treasure Trail writing plans for the rest of 2011.
Call us on 07521 411101 or, better still, email your ideas to staffordshire@treasuretrails.co.uk
Watch this space for some fantastic shows we will be attending in 2012, including Lichfield Festival Market, the Canwell Show, Stone Food & Drink Festival and Whittington Craft Fair. Why not celebrate the leap year, London Olympics and Queen's Diamond Jubilee by getting out there and having a great day out on a Trail?
Every show has a secret password that you can find on Twitter: just follow TreasureTrailsS to discover it. Then come to the show and give the password; the first 5 to do so will receive a free Trail!
