Attention all agents! The Welsh Intelligence Agency (WIA) needs YOUR help to recover stolen state secrets from the Senedd on Cardiff Bay. The infamous Brigade of Red Army Trained Spies (BRATS) has infiltrated the city and stolen top-secret papers. The WIA has traced the BRATS' safety deposit box, but they need the correct PIN to retrieve the papers without triggering a booby trap. That's where YOU come in, undercover agents. Can you find the PIN before it's too late?

Prepare for an immersive and exciting self-guided adventure through Cardiff Bay as you follow the trail of clues left behind by the BRATS. Your mission will take you through the picturesque waterfront, past iconic landmarks such as the Millennium Centre, and into the heart of the bustling city.
But be warned, agents! The BRATS will do everything in their power to stop you from completing your mission. Stay sharp and keep an eye out for any suspicious activity as you make your way through the Bay.
The clock is ticking, agents... Will YOU be able to find the PIN and recover the stolen state secrets?

Before you set off on your awesome adventure to explore Cardiff Bay (Bae Caerdydd), there are a few things you need to know...
This is a name change from the original Cardiff Bay spy mission. While it has been upgraded, many clues will be the same or similar to the original Cardiff Bay Trail.
Unfortunately, wheelchair users and pushchairs will find the stretches along the boardwalk and the gravel paths through the Wetlands difficult to navigate.
Bring your four-legged friends along! Please note that it is a busy city centre, so dogs will need to be kept on leads, although they should be able to run around at the Wetlands.
The closest long stay pay and display car park to the Trail start point is at the Mermaid Quay (CF10 5BZ), just a minute walk away.
There are some fantastic events in Cardiff Bay's calendar, all of which are great times to visit this beautiful area of the city. Cardiff Bay is also a popular filming location, and you may find that some of the clues on this Trail may become obstructed or difficult to access on these occasions. If you would like further information about event dates, please contact Cardiff Tourist Information.
There are public toilets available towards the beginning of the Trail and near Clue 17, and the route passes several pubs and a few cafes in the Bay area. The Wetlands make a great picnic spot!
