Trail Trouble Textline

If you had trouble solving a clue on a Trail, don't blame yourself! We always try our best to keep our Trails as up to date as possible, but sometimes clues get removed or damaged without our knowlege.

To make sure you can still complete the Trail, we have developed the Trail Trouble Textline. This fantastic free service (only your standard network charge applies) will provide the answer to any clue that you cannot find.

All the instructions can be found in your Treasure Trail booklet. Simply text 'Clue' with your Unique Reference Number and the number of the clue you are stuck on to 88802 and we will reply with the answer.

Due to competition regulations we can only accept three enquires per Unique Reference Number.

See News on the right for current Trail Trouble in Scotland West. Please report any trouble you find, and we will endeavour to help you with the answer.

Please note - this service will only work on new Trails which contain the Trail Trouble Textline information. This will be on all downloaded trails, but may not yet be on trails you purchase as a printed booklet. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes, and the situation should improve as current printed stocks are replaced.

If you come across any problems while out on a trail, please let us know so we can keep our trails up to date and help you out with the answer.

We hope you like our new website. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. Read more...

Tarbert - Feb 2010 Due to ongoing harbour works, the Tarbert Trail will be broken for the forseeable future and has been withdrawn from sale. Please contact us if you have a copy and are having problems.

Kirkintilloch - Feb 2010 The following information has been supplied by a Trailer (with grateful thanks from us!) At orders 05 you cannot continue along the canal left bank. It is closed for refurbishment. We went along the right side and crossed over the road bridge though this is not a a proper pedestrian path. You could continue up the right side to the main road cross over and go back down then retrace steps.

Glasgow Merchant City - January 2010 The wonderful people have restored the police box at clue 19, returning it to its correct blue colour. Unfortunately, in their wisdom they have also removed the plaque that gave you lots of information, including the answer to clue 19. Hopefully, the plaque will reappear, but until then the answer is Eggar.

Rhinns of Islay - January 2010 The Rhinns of Islay Trail is definately broken and will need a rewrite on my next visit. Please contact us if you have had problems with this Trail and need any clue answers or a replacement Trail.
