  • YOUR CASE

Paisley weaver Ivor Loom was yesterday found dead in his mill. Police suspect foul play, and it is rumoured that Ivor was about to broker a deal with a major manufacturer. Up until now, this company had been supplied by one of Ivor's main rivals. Can you follow the trail of clues around Paisley to find out who killed Ivor and what weapon they used?

    Paisley

Renowned for its beautiful architecture, the town of Paisley became well known during the 18th and 19th centuries for the production of cloth with the distinctive Paisley Pattern. The locals, known as 'Buddies', are as fiercely proud of their town today as they were in its textile heyday.

The Trail leads you on a circuit exploring many of Paisley's historic buildings and landmarks, and takes you through the peaceful district of Oakshaw. The Trail is suitable for everyone, although there are a couple of moderately steep hills on the route and you will need to cross a short area of grass to solve one of the clues. Although the directions are accurate, you may wish to pick up a free map from the Tourist Information Centre before you start.
