  • YOUR CASE

In 1872, "Glesga" Johnny McClusky sailed away for a new life down under - taking with him gold stolen from his employer. On docking, there was no sign of Johnny and the ship's tender was missing. Recently, on a remote Pacific island, a map was discovered with clues to the location of the gold. The only way to solve the mystery is to follow the clues around Johnny's native Glasgow to find out where on the island he buried his treasure.

    Glasgow City

The vibrant city of Glasgow is a fascinating place to explore. With its mix of stunning Victorian architecture, busy shopping areas and buzzing nightlife, it has plenty to offer both the visitor and local.

From the hustle and bustle of the city centre and its stunning Victorian architecture, to the peaceful area around Garnethill, there is something for everyone on the Glasgow City Treasure Hunt Trail. Suitable for all, including pushchairs and wheelchairs, but there is quite a steep hill to go down in Garnethill.
    Distance - 2 miles. Allow 2 hours.
