St Andrews seems to get all the good golf championships. Scotland's other golf venues are fed up. But one crazy owner has planted devices in the bunkers in each of St Andrews' courses, which when set off will spray concrete all around! St Andrews will become a giant skateboard park! For security, there is one code that can de-activate the device. Can you follow the Trail, solve the clues and identify the code before it is too late? You could win a prize!
St Andrews West Sands
St Andrews, medieval town, home of golf, wonderful beaches, Scotland's oldest university, great shops, pubs and cafes. What more could you ask? This is one of three Trails in St Andrews. This Trail stays out of the town centre. It includes West Sands (of Chariots of Fire fame), the Old Course links, and the west side of the town including the museum area.
The Trail is a good 2 miles long and takes around two hours. There are steps so regrettably it is unsuitable for wheelchairs. It should be manageable with most pushchairs.
