If you had trouble solving a Trail, don't blame yourself! Although we try our best to keep Trails as up to date as possible, sometimes clues get removed or damaged without our knowledge. To make sure you can still complete the Trail we have developed the Trail Trouble Textline. We will text you the answer to any clue that you cannot find and only your standard network charge will apply.
All the instructions can be found in your Treasure Trail booklet, or on the Treasure Trails Player if using Treasure Trails on your smartphone. Simply text 'Clue' with your Unique Reference Number and the number of the clue you are stuck on to 88802 and we will reply with the answer.
Due to competition regulations we can only accept three enquires per Unique Reference Number.
Please note - this service will only work on new Trails which contain the Trail Trouble Textline information. If you purchased a Trail which was printed before 15/03/2010 we are sorry but this service is unavailable for your Trail.
