Mansfield
Mansfield is the largest town in Nottinghamshire and it thought to date back to at least Roman times. Mercian Kings used it as a base for hunting in nearby Sherwood Forest. This Trail will take you to see everything Mansfield has to offer, exploring its historic buildings and landmarks.
This Trail is approximately 2.5 miles and should take around 2.5 hours. It is suitable for light pushchairs as there is one set of stairs that is not pushchair friendly but a pushchair could be carried down here. Regrettably because of this it is not suitable for wheelchairs.
