The route that this Trail follows has a real variety of different situations to keep one interested on the way. As you progress around the city on your quest to find the Geordie holy grail you will happen upon a wide range of reminders of past residents. Roman, Medieval, Georgian, Victorian and immense 21st century buildings are to be encountered in the places where you seek the answers to your clues. You will find heroes of science, engineering, design and even sport and you should feel like a hero yourself if you are successful in finding the treasure!
