  • YOUR MISSION

Our top agent Jim Pond discovered that evil Dr Mak Hehm plans to ruin the top attraction along the Quayside. The mad boffin has placed a super glue capsule inside the Millennium Bridge mechanism and will activate it mid tilt. Pond discovered the code to deactivate the device and left a series of clues to it before he was fatally shaken and stirred. Are you ready for this mission?

    Newcastle Quayside

This Trail explores Newcastle Quayside. While suitable for anyone it has been produced in conjunction with Steve 'WheelchairSteve' Wilkinson who assessed and approved the route as being accessible for anyone using a manual or electric wheelchair or a mobility scooter.
The route takes in many feature of interest along Newcastle's famous Quayside area. Car parking is available at either side of the Quayside pub (free for blue Badge Holders) and in streets off the Quayside. The Trail has specifically been designed to be suitable for anyone who is a self-propelled wheelchair user. There are no significant slopes and the route is approximately one mile in length. It should take about one and a half hours to complete.

Designed by and for wheelchair users.

    WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
One of our party got around this Trail in his wheelchair and we can vouch that it does work. It is really good to see that such a fun activity can be organised to be accessible for all of us. We had a laugh on the way and even stopped for a drink.
