It also contained instructions on how to find the treasure that had collected and hidden somewhere in Oxford Island. Now you have the chance to find the hidden treasure, solve the clues and discover the location!
Oxford Island Treasure Hunt
Oxford Island is a national nature reserve; the area is full of exciting places to discover and fascinating wildlife to see. The Trail is easy going with gravel tracks and tarmac roads; this Trail is suitable for all ages and will give everyone a chance to learn some interesting facts. You will finish at the marina where you will have to make the short walk back to the start point at the Lough Neagh Discover Centre. This short walk will take you 10 minutes.
This is a walking mystery treasure Trail. The Trail takes 1.5 hours to complete and is 2.5 miles in duration. Before you start dot forget to call into the Discovery Centre for more information about the area.You will have a short walk back from the museum after completing this Trail.
