Potty professor, Daftus Greenhill, believes that the tranquility of the forest is spoiled by birdsong and has located devices around the forest which will emit high power high frequency sound waves. Only birds will hear the sound but they will be driven far away. Follow the Trail, solve the clues and deactivate the devices to save the birds.

Castlewellan is an interesting town to explore; the area is full of exciting places to discover and close to Castlewellan Forest Park for the family to run wild. The Trail is easy going and is all on paths around the town centre; this Trail is suitable for all ages and will give everyone a chance to learn some interesting facts about the area.
This is a walking Spy Trail around Castlewellan, you will need to cross several roads to find some clues.
